Entry to the Facility: Unlocking the Entrance
Upon entering the wooden hotel building through the main entrance, you enter the hotel’s hood, a small foyer with a shoe cupboard. To enter the facility front desk/lobby, please unlock the smart lock located next to the lattice door using your key code.If you have not received this code, contact us at 0996-68-8222.
To enter the facility front desk/lobby, please unlock the smart lock located next to the lattice door. Enter the 6-digit key code (plus ENTER/RETURN key code=the unlock pictogram), which was sent to you via email or SMS prior to your arrival. This code is valid from 4:00 PM on your check-in day.
※Your check-in information email with the key code will be sent after 4pm the day before check-in, and an SMS will be sent after 2pm on the day of check-in.
*The key code for the smart lock at the entrance and the key code for the smart lock in your guest room are the same.

Check-In Process: Using the Lobby Tablet
After entering, proceed to the lobby and front-counter and use the tablet to complete your check-in. Input your check-in code or check-in QR Code, which was sent to you via email or SMS, to confirm your reservation.

Our cloud concierge is available remotely to assist you at any time. If you have any questions or require assistance during check-in, please use the video chat function(The area circled in red on the screen) on the lobby tablet to contact our support team.
Important Information
- Our facility will be managed remotely by a cloud concierge. Check-in is by yourself.
- When you check in, please be sure to take a photo of the room number displayed on the tablet screen or write it down for yourself.
- The key number for unlocking the automatic lock at the entrance will be valid from 4:00 p.m., as entered at the time of reservation.
- For early check-in (before 4pm), an additional fee will be charged. Please consult with the front desk staff.
- The key code for the smart lock at the entrance and the key code for the smart lock in your guest room are the same.
- Breakfast is self-service (6:30-9:00). Only for those with breakfast plan.
- This facility is entirely non-smoking.
- The guest rooms are equipped with small LCD TVs (with terrestrial broadcasts). You can watch a large 4K LCD TV (with terrestrial and BS broadcasts) at the lobby.

- Please take off your shoes at the entrance and put on slippers in shoe-locker. Please take off your slippers before entering the tatami mat area.
