①When entering the key code, press and hold the numeric keypad.

②Please press the numeric keypad slowly, one at a time.

Please press the unlock symbol at the end of your 6-digit PIN.

③When the green light comes on, it’s unlocked.

④Please open and close the door gently. It is light, so you can open and close it without putting force on the lever.

⑤Do not tap the numeric keypad repeatedly.

⑥If the numeric keypad stops responding, wait a while and then try entering the key code again.

Also, if the door is not closed properly, please gently return it to its original position.

⑦If it still doesn’t work, please call your emergency contact.
